We have had a large outage over the last 3 days.

This was caused by an issue within the Wiki with copyright material which we received a letter of removal as well as a serious hacking attempt.

We have disabled the Wiki for now and we will be working on creating a new Wiki however this will take us a few weeks to resolve as we need to transfer all information to a new version of the platform and not pull over the compromised content allowing hacking or Spam attacks to hit the wiki site.

If you see any cheat codes or weird sites please contact Mr Tech Guy via the website MrTechGuy.co.uk that way we can remove.

We apologise for the delay in getting things working again however we had to satisfy ourselves and the company in question that the copyrighted materials had been remove.

We host and manage the site for the enjoyment of Meridian users, we are here to help technically and help keep your precious Meridian on the Road.

Thanks the Mr Tech Guy Team

We have had a major outage over the today.

Once again we got hit by a systematic phishing attack within the forums, to protect data and also to protect users we had to block access to the internet from out hosting providers server.

The good news is that during this outage we did a major update to the forum software bringing it up to the laster version,

Edd has probably spent at least 30hours this week chasing hackers and phishing attacks on the system so he is hoping that the rebuild and change of all passwords and locking down any areas not needed will resolve any more attacks.

If you ever have any issues with the website you can always ping our email repairs@mrtechguy.co.uk

Many thanks to Mr. Tech Guy and the team for all the hard work restoring and maintaining this vital lifeline.

There is so much useful historic knowledge and lore which is so helpful when debugging recalcitrant legacy kit.

Without it we would be punting without poles.
