G'day HH community,

I have the opportunity to purchase a used Meridian Prime USB DAC and wondering if anyone has directly compared this to the 568.2MM DAC? If so, is the Prime USB DAC an "upgrade" compared to 568.2MM DAC?

Also, does the Prime up-sample inputted analogue signal? For example, would there be any point to routing phono preamp through Prime DAC before power amplifiers (i.e., would Prime up-scale analogue signal)?

Why not just run Roon on the Mac mini?

In what way does OS X get in the way or hinder running Roon core.

If someone already has a Mac mini, it makes sense to run Roon on it. If they don’t fair enough.

If you've tried to send something internationally recently, it is a real pain! You need an EORI number, work out the correct commodity code and fill in loads of paperwork...

I suppose it must be easier if you send equipment on a regular basis, but last time I sent something to Australia, it took some time to sort everything out correctly and I used a specialist courier who did some of the paperwork for me!

I hope that the OP can find someone who can sort this for him.
