Just for the record, Meridian hasn't been owned by a "private equity firm" for a very long time. I assume you are referring to Arnon Milchan's MUSE consortium? They sold to Richemont donkey's years ago. Approximately two years ago, Meridian was subject to a management buy-out. CEO John Buchanan is the majority shareholder.
