Could anyone point me to where I might find the right USB drivers to run my v1 explorer DAC please. Cannot find them on the meridian site.

Meridian don't have 'Explorer 2 only' drivers

The current release is a package (windows-driver-v3341-with-instructions.zip) that contains the driver which can recognise the following USB connected products / id's:

Meridian ID28 USB input
Meridian Explorer USB DAC
Meridian Director DAC
Meridian Prime Headphone Amplifier (MQA)
Meridian ID29 USB input
Meridian Translator
Meridian Prime Headphone Amplifier
Meridian Explorer² USB DAC
Meridian Direct DAC
Meridian S80
Meridian IE50 USB input
Meridian USB input
Meridian Direct DAC (MQA)
Meridian Explorer² USB DAC


- So this is the correct driver for Explorer 1 and 2
