HI Folks,

Been traveling a bit hope everyone is well! I looked at the Wiki and I need a couple of clarifications please.

1) The 8k main box, is that the

a) OD of speaker ?
b) OD of box with speaker in it?


2) 8000k Wiki Weights (WW)

are they the weights for the:

a) speaker by itself ?

or

b) speaker & box?


3)
Does anyone have handy the height for the base cabinet (without head)? Even better would be a schematic of the cabinet. Yes, I'm a mad scientist and I want to build my own 8ks, kidding, no I just want to have hard transport cases built for them.



Wiki info with my addition of inch conversion:


• DSP8000 Main Box 117Kgs 135 (53.15”) X 80 (31.5”) X 65 cms (25.6”)
• 53.15 x 31.5 x 25.6
• DSP8000 Head Unit 20Kgs 49 X 49 X 40 cms
• 19.3 x 19.3 x 15.75

I beleive those are weights and sizes of the boxed units (with contents).

No point in duplicating weights and sizes of the speaker itself.

George, txs for the clarifications, I am in need to the seperate weights and dimensions of the base and head as I'm going to have hard cases made for the 8ks.
