Sounds like here at home-the custom is the god...
Dit you checked the possibility that a company dont have to pay the tax when the import some items,
the company must pay only the tax if they sell something.

Gary,

I would appreciate an update on all outstanding orders. It's been over a week since your last update and I have not heard anything from you since August 2nd.

Thanks,
Joel

I think Gary is just wirking hard to get his orders out rather than doing emails. I know a few people who have received in the past week.

Hope you're right. I have email and PM in to Gary to settle one last thing. I'm guessing he's away for now...

Same sentiments here. It has been four months to the day for me (I was supposed to be one of the early adopters, along with Jim and J) and although I did initially receive my modded BDP-83 within a month, a firmware bug bricked it and I had to send it back. It's been three months since then ....

Unfortunately the reports about lack of communication from Gary continue on and on. If you consider asking your money back, be aware that Gary reacted angrily when I did this after waiting for many weeks for an ordered and paid modded Oppo and he barred me from ever doing business with him.

Gary,

You and I had a good transaction but there are a few folks on this board that can't say that. It's time you gave the people waiting for their Oppos the info they are asking for, or better yet their players. An accurate response on your part is now needed.

Did he give the money back?

American Express credited back my payment because no product was delivered.

I assume you gave Gary enough time to refund the money himself and he refused to do so? Because I know from experience that chargebacks do come with costs (bankfee, in my case 17,50 per chargeback).
