My formerly troubled Oppo BDP 83 returned at 7:00 pm tonight. It`s earned a lot of a frequent flier miles since its February build, having traveled from China to California and on to Kentucky, then to Calif the first time, back to Ky and back here again, then the latest round trip to Boston.

Imagine, after a thorough going over by Shawn, as I plugged it in, pulled out a CD that had failed before, and …

Perfect, no worries, but without Shawns` generous effort, it may never have been resolved, who knows?

Sounds good, I`ll post an opinion after some listening, though I assume there are many Oppos out there now and many HHers have by now formed independent opinons.
