Depending how you paid it might be worth checking whether you're better canceling the order to protect your consumer protection rights, and reordering when you're sure that it's going ahead. I ordered one on 22 June when the region free and SDI mods became available. The last post I can see from Gary on the AVS forums in the US was 29 June.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts via email to Gary's site or here and offering direct telephone contact to clarify the shipment situation, I canceled my order and payment of May 15 as you suggested. As a consequence Gary barred me from further business with him. So I am not in the waiting list of the eight anymore. I hope the other seven will receive their modded players soon.
