If its going to have to go back for the display to be checked, I may ask them to check the aerial socket too.

The connection to the socket snapped leaving the socket hanging loose. The connection is put under strain every time the aerial is tightened, such as when moving the F80 around the house and re-extending the aerial. That is why I shall try and rely on the internal aerial in future.
