sorry for the confusion but I did not go with EMS shipping due to pricing complaints from many people
for the record you guys overseas did not pay 75$ for shipping either, you paid less than 50$ and I ate some on each shipment
so I did not charge for EMS and use something else, nothing like that happened
thanks

If it has a US postal date on it, please could you let us know how many business days it took (our BH were not BH in the US) Gary is a business man and whilst your comments are true that does not excuse the four points I raised and him only answering one far from satisfactorily imho. thanks I asked for questions and this is your reply to one of them. Please could you answer the others. Thanks On this answer, it makes no sense at all? Are you saying you mentioned in the thread that many people were unhappy and therefore the new price would be $50 but for a lesser service? If you did I missed it and apologise. Also if you had, I would have requested the quicker, trackable option offered initially. Martin

Martin yes, people were complaining at the price, so I did what I could to lower it, I shaved 25$ off by going from EMS to priority mail, but I see that even though I lowered the price a little bit people still aren't happy, you aren't happy with much at all it seems others were with the lower price, vice versa is true as well, tough decisions have to be made I think I told this to people overseas(changing shipping), but if I didn't it was a mistep on my part, I am answering and posting close to 20 questions a day here, handling orders, shipping, modding, talking via phone, so occasionally I think I post or answer a question and I don't, I am a 1 man show next item for sale I will give the option for the shipping service for overseas buyers, that way everyone wins and is happy thanks

In a PM I asked if the UK orders could be first to go out as we have the obvious lag of postage, your reply was that this should not be a problem. However I got the complete opposite?
The delay was caused with interconnects as you have mentioned. Could/should have been communicated to give buyers who chose this option, a chance to cancel that part and a refund made? hence not delaying orders without an explanation?
Martin Martin, I did consider shipping overseas orders first to they could arrive around the same time as the US orders, I told you I was going to try and do this, but I decided it would bother me way too much to ship someones order first who paid last and vice versa, so I am sorry that I did not inform you of that decision I made first come first serve is my public statement from now on, only fair and I think everyone would agree thanks

now if I would have used EMS, then a nice tracking system is used, however that is almost double the cost I believe it would also had raised the risk for having to pay if not customs so at least the (much higher) VAT. Courier-type services most often do the custom handling themselves and seems much tougher to "fool" than the "real customs".

I totally forgot to mention that as well, thanks Tommy
I had a overseas customer beg me to use priority mail vs EMS, because EMS shipments always have horribly high duties, priority mail shipments do not
this is another advantage of priority vs EMS, that and cost
thanks

thanks Seems strange why you offered it in the first place with a claim of little if any duty, when aparently you knew it will "always have horribly high duties" Someone should hide the spade Well while I still wait for any news on delivery has anyone who has received theirs have any comments on the item "in use" Perhaps there is a thread elswhere? if so I have missed it. Martin
