delivery confirmation is not available to 95% of countries because they have no way to integrate with our systems so I gave up even using it

You seem to be upset by my questions but as you can see from above, that is is exactly what you offered USPS EMS so I am confused

Please can you explain why you used a different service and how many days this service is?

In a PM I asked if the UK orders could be first to go out as we have the obvious lag of postage, your reply was that this should not be a problem. However I got the complete opposite?

The delay was caused with interconnects as you have mentioned.
Could/should have been communicated to give buyers who chose this option, a chance to cancel that part and a refund made? hence not delaying orders without an explanation?
