If you (or anyone else) has a chance, could you please play a DD disc through your BD player and see if your processors says it is receiving AC3?

Thanks,

OK. Was watching a TIVO recording from a HD tv program. The "previously" section was in DD 2.0 and AC3 2.0 showed up on the stream display. Then when the actual episode started it switched to AC3 3/2.1.

When I tried a SD DVD through my BR player, the stream display shows MHR96K and the G68 applies "cinema" DSP. The thing is I have the BR player set to output LPCM. So not really a good check for DD.

In my limited understanding at least it seems the TIVO is sending out AC3 and the HD621 recognizes it and passes it through to the processor.
