Are you suggesting that other players are not delivering the source data on the disc correctly or are your preferred players doing additional processing?

1. Or, to follow up on Mark's question, is it because they load faster, have better ergonomics, etc...

1. In terms of chroma detail / resolution, only the new Panasonic's are capable of fully reproducing what is on the disc(s) today.
2. Load times and seeking is important to me. Why should I wait 1 minute for a movie to load when another can do it in 10-seconds? Same for seeking around a disc.
3. SD support. I would prefer to get rid of my RP82SDI with a Blu-ray player so that I only have one source.
4. True source direct output, which includes 480i.
5. The ability to turn off BD-Live to improve load times even further.
6. The ability to force a specific color space to work around problems downstream.
