Gary,
Sorry, yes the Edge outputs. My plasma HDMI input can only accept 1080i / 720p, and my projector 1080p is there any way of manually selecting this by using the Harmony for instance?
I would prefer to force the Edge to output 720p to the plasma rather than 1080i.
Cheers Mike

HDP timings are fairly standard:
VTOT=800; VACT=768; VSYN=5; VFRN=5 HTOT=1280; HACT=1024; HSYN=85; HFRN=35 VRATE=50.00
The screen positioning & sizing is left at 0,0,0,0 on the user menu, and as follows in the service menu: HPOS=BD; VPOS=71; HSIZE=80; VSIZE=6E
(I then altered the user menu position / size to obtain mapping at 60Hz, on this panel it looks like the USER menu is Refresh-rate specific, whilst the SERVICE menu is input-specific - this way I can pixel map at 50Hz and 60Hz using the same input channel). Thanks gIzze, I've struggled a lot trying several combinations, but I've never thought to operate at service menu level. I'll get a try following your indication Ermanno

Hi, I have already ordered and paid for mine. It would appear that sales have stalled and did not manage the "will probably all be over by the weekend" Please can you advise on the possible scenarios to the likes of myself if it stays this way or only changes slightly. I know you said to one buyer it could be shipped within 2 weeks, may be sooner when he enquired, but depending on the sales numbers and timescales please can you state: How long will you leave it before making a decision. Price implications. Would you pull the deal altogether due to lack of numbers. Please understand, this is not a whinge or moan, far from it, i have been very happy with your support but would like to know a definite cut off/dispatch time. Thanks Martin

Will you wait to get a certian number for a production run, or as you have said you will honour the price anyway, will they be produced as and when you get an order? Thanks Martin

Has anyone got one hooked up to a Meridian Processor now, that can share their opinions?
I kind of got lost in all the mod threads and perhaps that already happened.
I'd also be curious to comments of Video Processing Benefits to an BD Player feeding a 50" Plasma (e.g. Kuro) from new owners.

George:
Do you ever watch (shudder) television on your Pioneer?
Have you considered the benefits for watching television on your display?

John, don't you remember that George is an 'Idol fan (Not that I can make fun there...) I'm currently evaluating the finances, as the online banking had failed to remind me of the money I withdrew to buy SteveF's DSP5500s - so that's why I haven't "stepped up" yet.
