The last US Price List that I'm aware of was September 2007, when the Dollar to Sterling Rate was closer to 1.9 and the US Price List reflected that difference versus the UK Price List

The Meridian UK Price List has always been the basis point for the US Price List, rather than the other way round. Makes sense when most of their Infrastructure is UK Based
