When using my server, it is equivalent to using random play. Often I am just jumping from track to track. I'm using Genius now as well. I've had countless parties with my system fully cranked at 70-75, and I cannot recall a single instance of having a song so hot that I needed to turn it down. If this is my experience, and my music tastes range from classical to bass-pumping techno, then I would imagine that few people would find this feature as something major. Replaygain is peanuts to a Meridian system. If I was considering the purchase of a Sooloos, it would have very little to do with Replaygain. And considering that it will cost as much as a high end transport, I would demand that it sound just as good as one. We aren't seeing the Meridian advantage in Sooloos just yet. Simply sticking a Meridian badge on it, doesn't make it Meridian, if you know what I mean.

PS: This is actually far more of a "problem" with movies than music with the dialnorm differences. But even then I can tell which are dialed up or down, and I adjust volume accordingly.
