Below is my email correspondence with Meridian USA showing that a 568.2 cannot be upgraded to a 568.2MM in no uncertain terms. Is the trick that one must have their dealer ask if the upgrade is available????

I`m afraid we no longer offer hardware upgrades to 500 series products. Firmware updates are still available and can be found at the following link:

Hello,

You modified my original owner 568 to a 568.2 several years ago. Is it possible now to upgrade my 568.2 to a 568.2MM? Otherwise I don't think I will be able to use your upcoming HDMI box.

If yes what would the cost and turnaround be?
