All G6x processors have two 3x SPDIF inputs. Take a look at my "Processor 101" in the Wiki. The table of current G68 variants should help you with the numbers of balanced vs. unbalanced outputs.

Edit: The AXV or newer AXD would seem to fit the bill. You may be able to find an AXV available second-hand, if this is important.
