Whoops I misread the switch. It looked like LPCM and 5.1/7.1 where two positions when they are one and the same.

So I assume

Bitstream - sends to the toslink.
LPCM 5.1/7.1 - sends to 6 or 8 analog outputs.
2CH - Sends to 2 analog outputs and/or 2 Channel Toslink.
