Internal upsampling for DD and DTS so that you aren't "stuck" using a non-Meridian DVD player to get upsampling?

How long after an industry standardized output for DVD-Audio will it take to get one integrated into the product lineup?

Any plans for SACD support (even via DSD --> PCM conversion)?
