Getting very OT, but part one (deinterlacer update) was delivered on Thursday. They reckon a couple of weeks for the completed solution.

Why is that? Certain important features of the Blu-Ray spec. (such as commentaries) are incompatible with external decoding of the HD bitstream. It is important to choose a good player where audio and audio mixing is performed competently.
