Must of above post now edited, but, to clarify, ZP90 still has digital outputs. http://www.sonos.com/whattobuy/ZP90/You mentioned that neither extra network coverage or smaller form factor is of no benefit to you, so I see no reason to change. It it ain't broke... Also interested to hear why your dealers think ZP120 has lesser amplification. The ZP120 uses digital amps which helped shrink the case size. IIRC, when G95 got digital amps, there was much said on the subject and performance cannot be compared simply by looking at spec sheets. Unless, horror of horrors, they have done a blind A/B comparison of ZP100 vs ZP120. [plug]However, if anyone is interested, whilst stocks last which are going fast, I can get a great price on the ZP100/ZP80 bundle as long as I order more than one bundle. The discount on new bundle and units is still very good.[/plug]

To clarify the clarification, the ZP90 has digital outputs. I'll be getting a couple of those and the controller today, the extra network coverage being a plus for me.

The problem is also that the zone bridge is a sonos net v1.0 (802.11g) whilst the new ZP90 and ZP120 are sonos net v2.0 (802.11n), so if you want to use the zone bridge as a starting point then I don't think you get much benefit from it if your nas is attached to it. I was really waiting for the update to buy at least 1 zp90, 1 controller and zp120 but i will wait until we can stream hires files? I don't care about video because to do it correctly it costs an arm and a leg (kaleidescape is perfect solution and it exists already). I agree with Ian I think the upgrade is pointless. I will hold off. PS: I'm preciously keeping my 518 for this kind of devices, I think it is ideal!
