I forgot my Behringer mic and ended up using my $400 TEF mic. Once I adjusted the sensivitiy for it, it worked as well as the Behinger (for this application). So, really any mic will work with MRC, as long as you've worked out all your settings (took me about 2-3 hours to get it right and no failures since).
