I'll place it in a sort of shelf, so that only the front of the box is visible, hoping that minimize the "coffin effect".
In my case, she also has decided to loose the fight on these black box in the living and was more worried about my capacity of dilapidating family money on electronics....
Of course she is very much able to do the same on other kind of stuff, you see what I mean. That is were I have to shut up in my turn. At the we all have to compromise somehow.
