It is equally possible that the problem is on my end. I have been having issues with good e-mail getting spam filtered away and spam making it through the filters.

I do wonder if the G61R (G61+MRC) is positioning for a non-HDMI product in the "basic" pre-pro lineup (think ahead with me towards an HDMI future).
