for music I run 120hz with no sub. Why: my mains full range Paradigm 100's internal c/o from mid/woofers is 240 hz, my Paradigm cc center is not full range, this sounds very smooth and intergated.
Logic 80hz and added back the sub. Adds more punch
5.1 DD/DTS(movie) 60 hz with sub. adds even more punch.
(the DTS Music setting will use the music layout)
