Unfortunately I don't have an 800 go compare wink . However, you do need to make sure that the SB3 is configured correctly so that it is NOT performing any processing of its own such as digital volume control. For a valid comparison, you also need the very best rip you can get your hands on. I've used Exact Audio Copy, but there are other alternatives.
