Since the customer service of Lumagen has been mentioned, I can confirm they're first class. I was one of the early beta testers of the Lumagen VisionPro HDP and couldn't be happier with its performance. They have constantly improved the product, since testing stage and they still add goodies with new firmware updates. In my opinion it's the best performing processor right now.

If you're interested, contact Jim at Lumagen. He's a great guy and I'm sure he will answer all your questions. If you have a little more time, wait for the Radiance. You won't be disappointed. smile

I don't think that this is the place to be calling people liars.

Whether true or not, I feel that accusation's like this are highly inappropriate.

why bother if you do not seem ready to have 2.35-
FWIW, it also seems contrary to their stated philosophy, at least when responding to John's questions, that "we do not announce product until it is available/ready"...following this concept it is NOT a stretch to conclude that the 2.35:1 should be available...

"Mistaken in their assertions" is the prefered libel-free euphemism.

I think Gary has made his point and then some and this thread isn't serving much purpose and closing it.

If you think listening to music is fun, try learning an instrument.
