One of my big ergonomic issues with the 861 is the non-ability of to set a given suite (or eliminate) DSP modes for a given input.
How about individual crossover settings for each speaker. Even the Anthem D1 does that and well I might add.

prp2k: The second item was asked/answered in the CEDIA 2006 Q&A (individual x-overs per speaker). The short answer is no. The slightly expanded answer to that is that it is not an advisable acoustical practice to do so; and as such Meridian has no immediate plans to do so. IMO, if your speakers are so dramatically mismatched in bass performance that you are going to require different crossovre points then you have other larger problems to resolve Cheers From the Press Room in Las Vegas,

No more questions...

All, I've done a judicious amount of editing and I'm not going to ask the HDMI question multiple times in multiple ways ;-) Bob realizes (or realises) it's important to us. I'm meeting with him Wednesday to go over the Q&A and will do the best I can. Any omissions are strictly my fault; don't blame Bob Best from the Press Room of the Venetian (High-End Audio area of CES),

JK - did you have your chat with Bob? I assume, as before, all answers must be OK'd with M prior to releasing them to us, the great unwashed masses?

Simon:
Yes Bob and I had the usual Q&A session.
The return trip home was rather eventful. I got home (literally) a day late after travel hell due to weather in the Midwest.
I'm hoping to get the Q&A typed up over the weekend so that I can send it off to Bob to make sure it accurately reflects his answers.

Over my head Chris! Did I inadvertently quote from the movie?
