You and Stacey really shed a lot of light on the matters at hand for those of us unfortunate enough not to be able to go.

My 800 should be coming in this week I hope. I hope that there is some sort of nice arrangement for those who are purchasing the 800 this month, knowing they wanted the newer cards. It almost seems silly, and a waste of money to even use the 800. I just hope I didn't make a mistake with the timing. I spent the last of my money getting the 800 and don't know how I would afford all new cards. I was just going by what Meridian said that it would be better to get the 800 now and upgrade it vs. waiting to get the 800 with the newer parts.

By the way, Lucas is supposedly looking into pushing for a discrete tactile transducer track... that word is coming from two tactile transducer companies! I only hope it is at least a 0-600 Hz bandwidth track, not just 0-200 Hz. Tactile perception extends well into the 600 Hz range.
