Acording to the manual you are correct!
But Peters original idea serves no purpose as HD content is only aviable trough the Toshibas HDMI output anyway ? analog outputs is scaled down.
An HDMI switch is needed if the screen does not have two HDMI inputs.
and why not the HD-XE1 that has 1080
p and HDMi1.3
