Anyone try upgrading their 5500HC (7 Segment).
The firmware says not compatible, but I know I have the right firmware. I said yes to override and it seems fine.

- Fiddler (IMHO)

If you think listening to music is fun, try learning an instrument.

I get the same thing when calibrating too - weird...
When I calibrate/run MRC it seems to attract every boy racers getto blaster to park outside my window and causes Heathrow to change their flight path to right over my house and the helecopters to fly at extra low level.

Maybe I shouldn't do these things on a summers day with the windows wide open.

Yes, I upgraded my 5500HC 7 segment speaker. There is a warning message, but it is only a precaution to ensure that you aren't upgrading the 5500 instead of the 5500HC.

I did have to retype the speaker after the update and then it worked perfectly.
