The only feature in the 518 that is not duplicated in existing products is the selection of noise shaping curves. That's it.

Since the 518 is a mastering product, the access to multiple noise-shaping options isn't appropriate to a consumer product so it isn't in these products.

Resolution and dynamic range enhancement are tied together with bit-depth.
