Spinaltap, are you suggesting you can run multiple digital M subs, in stereo? I don't have my book on me at the moment.
I had thought you could only run one digital sub off the centre, as a slave. Happy to be corrected.

confirmed with the G series anyway- i did a lot of experimenting with this; double (even triple if you want) works great with stereo set-up; but when you want to go 7 channels, you'll have to go back to one sub currently; At least until M- adds to the 8 channel maximum...

From my experiments and ears, if you are just doing 5 channels or stereo for music, the double subs sounded great as Front left and right; although I had to tone them down a bit... In the end I chose to stick with a 7 channel configuration as I thought this was even a bigger difference (for movies);
