Normally it’s the other way around, typical bulk caps are alright and smaller caps are the ones that are dead. At the age your looking at; all electrolytic are suspect.
I'll typically get caps through Digikey, Mouser, Partsconnexion, Hifi Collective, and Sonicraft. Don't buy parts from suspect suppliers, they can be fake or bad.
