Hi,
Has anyone ever had the opportunity to compare these speakers? If yes can you please share your experience?

Biggest change will be in the bass extension. The drivers in the DSP9 can go much lower than those in an 8000 with a PP upgrade. The PP upgrade gave the most benefit to those with non upgraded legacy 8ks.The curved and sculpted cabinet of the DSP9 lends well to metallic finishes.
