Given that Microsoft appears to have reverted to its old habit of using its paying customer base to beta test software, I’d say no guarantees. W11 is mucking up a lot of stuff for me, not specifically M, but I’m glad I still have a W7 computer.

can you check if the downloading components stage is working for you ? Seems to throw a "not connected to the internet issue". @Rick sees the same.

I tried to download the controlpc as a test, and without clicking ok to download the file, my anti-virus deletes a file that downloads in the background. I tried a couple of time where the download save to screen is onscreen but not having clicked to download - i still got the same trojan file deleted by the AV. I guess the security at the Koneav is not very good as it looks like their website may have been hacked.

W11 is indiscriminate in blocking downloads of all sorts of things. It makes the software almost useless for anything that’s not MS originated. I’d look there rather than surmise anything untoward with others.

I am not using W11, it was on a Win7 machine. The file was stopped and deleted partway through download. I could be wrong of course - it can be a false positive. However it is better to be safe than sorry. This was an unauthorised download, and the type of generic heurisitic indicated from the AV (which is not a Microsoft AV), shows it as a trojan dropper - which makes this cause for concern.

it works perfectly for me on win 11, you just get the question if you want to use the app as it is from a unknown publisher
