Hey all, first time post, apologies in advance (I am Canadian can't help it).
I recently acquired a Sooloos Control:15 and love it. I wanted something just like this so I can get away from streaming services. I started loading it up with music and ripping CDs. I put one CD in and decided I didn't want it, pressed cancel and the machine did not eject the CD.
I bought the unit second hand and it did not come with a remote, I'm not even sure it has a remote but online search results keep telling me to press the eject button on the remote which isn't an option right now.
I went through Touch:PC and Control:PC and didn't see any eject options there either. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting it out?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Welcome aboard.
Maybe you could try the Drive release using a needle in the hole below the CD slot. Typically let the machine just do its thing while ripping. Or better yet rip with something like dBpoweramp. BTW no eject as the drive is designed rip and auto eject.

Thanks! When I power cycled the machine it attempted spitting it out a couple times before it stopped, I guess it was getting obstructed? I power cycled it and assisted it a bit with some soft tipped tweezers and managed to get it out enough to grab it Good tip on the drive release, I saw that pinhole and tried something but didn't feel a button press. When you power it on it has a green LED so I assumed that's all it was, a signal light. Thanks for the suggestions and the time to reply.

Good that you got it sorted out. The light that you saw is the green led that is to the right of the eject button that lines up with the pin hole. BTW it is fairly simple to swap out defective CDROM drives.

Awesome, thanks for the info. This unit seems to be in really good shape on the outside, not even a scratch. Hoping it was just a bad CD and not the drive itself. It's managed to rip and eject a dozen or so since I got the stuck one free.
Have a good one, appreciate your time.
