Hi All,
I have the following setup DSP5200.2s connected to a G61R SL with a Bluesound Node2 connected via digi coax to the G61R SL and although all works well and sounds great have major issue when streaming any Hi Res Music as Bluesound won't down scale any Hi Res and G61R does not appear to be able to do this either.
Therefore, as I may gift the Blusound streamer to my daughter was wondering if there is a replacement streamer out there that could automatically down scale Hi Res material and feed 24/92 compatible signal to the G61R?

My suggestion would be to get Roon. One of the many nice things that Roon offers is the ability to customize various endpoints with options that are not available in their initial state. In the case of Blusound, it could be limited to 24/96 output.

Seconding Roon. Of course research if its right for your needs but it removes a long list of headaches.

I'll 3rd Roon, it’s really been fantastic (with a Meridian endpoint naturally). Outside of that my WiiM (Pro Plus) you can set max output rates to downsample content.
