Hi Colin,

I've had Sky Q as opposed to Sky Stream for years and have always had it connected via the UHD722.

However, I also have the TV Optical output connected to the 861 because I sometimes use the TV native apps rather than the Sky Q ones as both video and audio can sometimes be better.

Sony Core App is particularly good.

Either way restricted to 5.1 as I don't have anything to decode Atmos which I don't care about anyway.
