Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Meridian Sooloos system. I bought it used, and the previous owner had a TIDAL account linked to it. I’ve removed that TIDAL account, but the TIDAL albums and their thumbnails are still showing up in my library. I’ve tried refreshing the library and checking the settings, but I can’t seem to find a way to clear them out completely. Does anyone know a good method to fully remove these leftover TIDAL entries? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Sorry if this is been asked a million times

Thanks so much!

Hi Pedro,

You can delete any album from the library. You may need to go into advanced mode and then you should have a delete option.

Cheers,

Steve

I can only find an option for "bulk delete" that would be counter productive now that I have imported quite a few albums

I used Control:PC to delete my Tidal and Napster albums when those services no longer were supported. No Advanced mode there. It was a PITA finding them in the beginning, but I found out that I could use the Search function to find them and group them by service. Still had to delete them one by one.

Ok I found an easy solution. I had an old HP computer with touch control and I installed "touch PC" . I gather that's the software that comes with the control15 and other Sooloos displays and it's by far the most intuitive and simple. Plus it looks good just to have all your álbum thumbnails on display. You can multi select albums or better yet, I was able to FOCUS on Tidal and then deleted all at once!😁. Case closed and I hope this helps the next person.
