If they are SE versions or 5200.2 or 7200.2, 3.16 is the latest firmware version.

They are still current models so they are still supported. Whether or not new firmware is being worked on is anyone's guess.

It will be a shame if support/firmware ends for these speakers, but things and manufacturers have to move forward.

No new firmware only means that there are no bugs to fix or no features are being added.

My factory DSP5200SE’s were updated by the supplying PP to version 3.20.
That's news as I thought the latest firmware was 3.16.
I wonder if this 3.20 is freely available for DSP5200.2 / DSP5200SE / DSP7200.2 / DSP7200SE plus centre variants?
Hopefully our friendly PPs can advise?
Be interesting to know what the upgraded firmware offers?

That is interesting. I had been told V3.16 was the latest and that is what my 7200SE are running.
Yes, it would be great if a PP could confirm. Bruce, just above, Indicated 3.16 was the latest….

The version 3.20 firmware is available for the 5200SE and 5200SEHC only, at this time. Unfortunately, there are no published release notes on Meridian's website for version 3.20.
