Some fact finding questions …

- What firmware version is the 818.3 running?
- What version of Mconfig is running?
- What device is Mconfig running on?
- If on a Mac how is it setup to run Windows?
- How is that device connected to the 818.3?
- If via USB have you loaded the FTDI USB drivers?
- if via USB please confirm it’s the maintenance port, not the Audio input port?

Knowing these will help to diagnose where the issue lies, or at least rullvout some potentials.
