Each pair of boxes I have produced have varied in some way with the last pair being the most refined. If you figure on three inches larger that the head and bass unit dimensions in each direction you will get pretty close. There are four boxes total and the head boxes weigh about 20lbs and the bass boxes about 65lbs.
