Hello Friends,
I would like to add that I also use a Node2i and for the price I must agree phenomenal. I use them coax into my 5200's and it sounds awesome! One of the best features of the Node is that it allows you to "learn" IR codes for various functions. Depending on which remote you are using, can be a one remote solution which is incredibly handy.
When I first got the speakers i used the original MSR and through the BluOS app I learned "1,2,3...etc" as well as Skip, Previous, Pause, Stop, Shuffle, Play, meaning I could come home and pick up the MSR, point it at the node and choose from 10 separate favs out the gate [could even shuffle if I wanted to!]. The only thing I didn't learn was the volume [obviously]. Now I have MSR+ so no more numbers, but still use all the transport commands and they work fantastically! I Have even learned the "Optical" input using the TV button on MSR so now I don't even use the app for that. Tidal connect and away we go, switching to TV is painless.
