Hi,
I suspect the PSU may have died - it is a common issue on the G-Series.
There are a couple of PSUs used but the most common is the XP-Power ECM60UT31.
Unless you're handy with a screwdriver, I would suggest taking the unit to a local repair shop. Get them to check and potentially replace the capacitors on the power board, next to the PSU as they will probably be bulging by now!
