Hi,

I've come across this before and it turned out to be a fault on the Comms/DAC board...

You've ruled out the input board by trying both D1 and D2 inputs.

You may want to drop an e-mail to Mr Tech Guy to see if he has any spare comms boards (or can offer a repair)
I know from past experience that Meridian doesn't have any spares.
