I've very recently updated my system, from a 562V + 565z3, to a G68ADV. Sadly I'm not having any luck as there's no output to either the DSP5000s or DSP5000C.
I've checked everything at least twice, but to no avail, is there anyone who'd be willing to look at my config file and see where the errors I've made are?
In addition I'm getting a low level rumble from the 5000C frown

P.S. All my speakers are 18 bit versions.

A couple of things come to mind.

1.if your 5K are 18 bit and your G68 is putting out a higher rate, would cause a no sound issue.

2. Check your display to see if you are getting a signal lock.

I had a look at the config file and the D5k and D5kc all show:

Code
<item name="Fronts 96/24 capable">
                    0
                    <!-- No -->

On the G68 make sure that for each preset HS=N is set, otherwise it will attempt to upsample and use MHE which your 18bit DSP's do not support.

Carl

It turns out that for some reason (user error :() the config file I was seeing wasn't the one being used by the G68.
After manually deleting all the internal settings and adding my own sources and speakers it's all working fine.
Many thanks to those who offered advice.
