I remember seeing a What Hi-Fi demo at the Bristol show many years ago where they compared a cheap sound system and expensive projector with an expensive sound system and cheap projector and coming out of it wanting to watch the rest of the movie . Obviously it's a very personal decision about what is 'good enough' but that was the time that I realised that chasing 'perfection' wasn't really necessary (or indeed possible on my budget). Having said that I now have an epson projector, trinnov and dsp8000s but in a less than ideal lounge/cinema and I'm very happy with the family friendly non dedicated cinema big screen. Chris
