March next year will be my 20th anniversary of being a member of this forum and for that entire time I have had Meridian kit - originally all second hand, then a set of 7200SE that I bought new, Meridian turning up in my car and so forth - that said ... and to quote Bad Boys 2 ... ‘Sh1ts about to get real’. At least the aircon piping is in for the projection room - that was holding things up. Thankfully the 'wood' build starts in 2 weeks. Speakers to be ordered on Monday! The ceiling is also concrete - maybe 6 inches, which will help. There is a load of acoustic material going in on every side / top and bottom and they had a recording studio designer working on the designs to make sure sonic performance is spot on. Other than that - fingers crossed!
